Our Annual General Meetings are held each July to elect members to Management Committee and Sub-Committee positions.

• Positions Available

Only those members who have signed a Nomination Form, or who are present at the AGM, may be accepted for nomination to any position.

To be able to vote or accept a position you must be a financial member of the club prior to the AGM.

If you cannot attend the AGM, you may request another member act as your Proxy and to vote on your behalf at the AGM.

• Proxy Vote Form

All Nomination Forms and Proxy Vote Forms must be completed and returned to the Secretary prior to the AGM.
