- All 4 x 4 vehicles must have low range
- All drivers must hold a current drivers licence
- All road rules apply
- BE ON TIME – To depart on the trip make yourself known to the trip leader on arrival
- Make sure you sign the trip attendance sheet – This is YOUR responsibility
- All vehicles must be road registered and in a roadworthy and safe condition
- All vehicles must be securely fitted with at least one rated recovery point both front and rear
- All vehicles must carry a snatch strap and rated “D” shackle
- The driver in front is totally responsible for the vehicle following, and must wait at all intersections, where the convoy turns
- You must allow the vehicle in front of you to clear any hill or obstacle and the track in front of you is clear before you can proceed
- Don’t follow too closely
- Members must have UHF or handheld radio –working- before starting a trip, No radio-No trip-No Exceptions
- Club radio channel is “12”
- Always leave gates as you find them.
- Never leave the convoy until you have informed the trip leader or Tail End Charlie and they have responded
- Domestic animals must not be taken on a trip or run if entering a State Forest or National Park
