Membership

Membership is determined by visitors attending a minimum of:
  • 1 x Meeting (face to face)
  • 1 x Camp
  • 1 x any other Activity (Meeting, Camp or Day Trip)
with the club, within a 6 month period. This is so both parties can get to know each other. 

Once a visitor has attended the required combination of meetings and events they will be invited to fill out an application form.  Members will then vote to approve the membership.   If accepted, the prospective member will be sent notification which must be accepted within 30 days. 

We have two types of membership and both have full voting rights:
  1. Family membership = two votes
  2. Single membership = one vote

Annual fees are:
  1. $75 per family
  2. $55 per single

There is also an initial joining fee of $10. 

All memberships are valid for the financial year and expire on the 30th June each year.
